Added new feature: Support for Lotus Notes "Location" field in Calendar records.

Added new feature: Support for appointments and meetings in Lotus Notes that have empty Subject field.

Added new "Hibernate" feature. If PC is idle for more than 20 minutes, DoubleNotes will hibernate, the icon in the systray turns gray and processing pauses. This will save PC resources. Once the keyboard or mouse is touched DoubleNotes will awaken and continue processing.

Added new "ReStart" feature. It works in two ways:
1. Just before it enters hibernation mode.
2. If you are working, it will restart after 2 hours provided that you stop
working long enough to hit the idle timer (1 minute by default) at some
point thereafter.
This is an added feature to save PC resources for users that leave the PC running continously.
