DejaOffice PC CRM - Importing and Exporting Tables

You can easily Export any table in DejaOffice PC CRM to\from a CSV file or using Copy\Paste in the Grid View. For Import check the bottom of this page.

Exporting to Excel using Copy and Paste

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select the table you want to Export. (Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, or Memos)
  3. In the top toolbar select 3 bars on the right and change the view to Grid. (Calendar Day View will change to List first, repeat this once more to change to Grid).
  4. Select the record or records you want to export. (You can select a record, then hold Shift on the keyboard, and select a lower record to select all records between your clicks).
  5. Open a blank Excel and Paste.







Exporting to a CSV

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select the table you want to Export. (Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, or Memos)
  3. In the top toolbar select 3 bars on the right and change the view to Grid. (Calendar Day View will change to List first, repeat this once more to change to Grid).
  4. Select the Export Icon on the toolbar.
  5. Select your destination folder for Export.













Importing from a File

When importing from a CSV file to DejaOffice PC CRM, to import correctly you will need to modify your current CSV to match the columns DPC uses.

  4. Click Here for an Excel Memos Template with these columns preset.
  5. Click Here for an Excel Expense Template with these columns preset.
  6. Click Here for an Excel Deals Template with these columns preset.


Once your formatting is correct in your CSV file, use the following steps to Import into DejaOffice PC CRM:

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select the table you want to Import to.
  3. In the top toolbar select 3 bars on the right and change the view to Grid. (Calendar Day View will change to List first, repeat this once more to change to Grid).
  4. Select the Import icon on the toolbar.
  5. Navigate to your newly formatted CSV file and select it to Import.

Note: CSV Records are imported as new records and do not update existing records.


Exporting and Importing for Merging Fields Changed in Excel

In DejaOffice PC CRM build 1424 and higher, you can now Export Selected DPC Contacts and Fields, make changes in the Excel Export, then reimport into DPC to update those Records\Fields. This function only works when Exporting Selected Fields, not All Fields.

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM, select Contacts, then change to Grid View.
  2. Right click the Columns at the top and add the "Unique ID" column.
  3. Select the Export button at the top (If you only want to export selected contacts, choose them in the Grid View using Shift + Click). Ensure the drop downs says All Records (or selected if you choose specific contacts) and Selected Fields.
  4. Save the CSV export file. Edit the exported CSV in Excel, add to\replace\clear the fields you want to change. Save the Excel File and close it.
  5. Return to the DPC Contacts Grid View, choose Import and select the edited file.


This will only update the changed fields and only those records.

  • Note: The "Unique ID" Export only works with the "Selected Fields" option when exporting this is a safety feature. On Import, if we detect no backup within the past 24 hours, you will also be prompted to backup.


Importing from ICS (ICAL) Calendar Files

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select any Calendar view such as Month view.
  3. Drag the ICS file into DejaOffice PC CRM


Exporting to an ICS (ICAL) Calendar File

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select any calendar event.
  3. Right Click the calendar event.
  4. Click Send Event.


Importing from VCF (vCard) Contacts Files

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select the Contacts.
  3. Drag the VCF file into DejaOffice PC CRM


Exporting to an VCF (vCard) Contacts File

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select any contact.
  3. Right Click the contact.
  4. Click Export to vCard.


Importing from a CamCard CSV File

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select the Contacts.
  3. In the top toolbar select 3 bars on the right and change the view to Grid.
  4. Select the Import icon on the toolbar.
  5. Navigate to your CamCard CSV file and select it to Import.


Importing Expense from DejaOffice on Android

  1. Open DejaOffice, select Expense, tap the 3 dots in the top right and select Export.
  2. Send yourself the email template that opens with "expenses.zip" attached.
  3. Open the Email on the PC and save the .zip file and extract it.
  4. Open DejaOffice PC CRM, select Expense, select the 3 bars in the top right and choose Grid View.
  5. Select the Import option in the top tool bar, select the expenses.txt file.
  • Note: You need DejaOffice PC CRM Build 1274 or higher to import Expenses from DejaOffice Mobile.


Resolve Contact Linking in Event Import

If you import events from another source via a CSV and have linked contacts to the events, you can run a manual scan of the records to match the contacts to the event links.

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM (Build 1348 and above), select Calendar Day View, and change to the Grid View.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + R.


A new window will appear with "Resolving Contacts", when the scan is complete, any events that were imported with a link will be matched to the corresponding DPC Contact.

  • Note: The Contact linked to the event must exist in DPC for the scan to match it correctly.
