BlackBerry Desktop Software does not show CL Add-In

[AB42694] If the CompanionLink Add-In is not showing in BlackBerry Desktop Software please follow these steps:
1. Exit BlackBerry Desktop Software 6 and CompanionLink, if they are running.
2. On your PC, go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, then choose "Run as administrator".
3. Run the following command: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\CompanionLink\ClxRimSyncAddin.dll" NOTE: Run the following command if you are on a 64-bit version of Windows: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\CompanionLink\ClxRimSyncAddin.dll"
4. Restart BlackBerry Desktop Software 6. The Add-In should now display as "CompanionLink sync v4".
