Cannot request contacts belonging to another user

The error message "Cannot request contacts belonging to another user Error 403", usually occurs when the email address used in CompanionLink Setup does not match the email address used for your Google Contacts. Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Log in to Google contacts at: www.google.com/contacts
2. Note the email address shown in the top right hand corner
3. Make sure that this is the same email address being used in CompanionLink Setup
