CompanionLink Google Task Sync
CompanionLink is introducing synchronization to Google Tasks.
The Google Task API was released in May 2011 as part of Google Labs.
Until this time, CompanionLink moved tasks to Google Calendar. Tasks appear on their due-date. Overdue tasks are moved to "Today" to a list called Past-Due Tasks.
With support of the Task API, you can now synchronize to Google Tasks. Unlike the Calendar, there is only one Task list for each Google Account. At this time, Google tasks contain a "Completed" checkbox, a due date, a subject and a note. Google Tasks do not contain a Priority, a Status, or a Percent Complete. Google Tasks do not sync directly to any phone.
When you configure CompanionLink to synchronize to Google Tasks, tasks from your prior syncs to Calendar will be removed.
