Custom form could not be opened

Symptoms:

- Synchronizing with Outlook.

- Not on the current version of CompanionLink/DoubleLook.

Explanation:

This error occurs when data from Outlook cannot be copied to the contact manager due to it being in the wrong format. For example, it is possible to create notes on a Pocket PC which are audio recordings or handwritten. It is not possible for CompanionLink/DoubleLook to synchronize these to your contact manager. Our software has been updated to ignore this data; however, older versions may still have problems with this.

Fix:

- Update CompanionLink/DoubleLook to the most recent version you are registered for.

- Turn off synchronization of the Notes conduit. See our How To guide for instructions on how to do this.
