How To Cancel a CompanionLink Secure Hosted Sync Account

CompanionLink version 3

1. Open CompanionLink Setup.
2. Click on Settings, then click Next until you get to the handheld PDA selection screen.
3. Click on Configure.
4. Click on Payment Info.
5. Click on Cancel Subscription.

CompanionLink version 4 & 5

1. Open CompanionLink Setup
2. Go to the sync target settings (Apple device, Blackberry, Android, etc)
3. Click on Payment Info.
4. Click on Cancel Subscription.
