How to Set Up and Use the DejaOffice PC CRM Dashboard

DejaOffice PC CRM Express or Pro (Build 1662 and higher) has added a new "Dashboard" option. Using the Dashboard you can select different modules to display in a single Panel maximizing work flow.

Enabling the DejaOffice PC CRM Dashboard

To enable the Dashboard:

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Select Dashboard Settings and enable the "Use Dashboard" option.


Dashboard Options

Once the Dashboard is enabled you can select which types of Panels you want to display in the Dashboard (Max of 4 including the Today Panel).

  1. Today List View: The Today List will always be active (enabled when turning on the Dashboard), this list panel displays any Tasks, Events, and Contacts linked to those records for the next three days by default. You can change the Date Range Filters under the 3 Bars in the top right of the Today Panel.
  2. Next 3 Days: Enabling this option will add a Day View Calendar panel to the Dashboard showing the next 3 days.
  3. Week: Enabling this option will add a Week View panel to the Dashboard showing the current Week.
  4. Month: Enabling this option will add a Month View panel to the Dashboard showing the current Month.
  5. Tasks: Enabling this option will add a Task List View panel to the Dashboard showing the current Tasks. Filter settings available in the 3 bars menu of the Tasks Panel).
  6. Memos: Enabling this option will add a Memo View panel to the Dashboard showing the current Memos list. Filter settings available in the 3 bars menu of the Tasks Panel).
  7. Deals: Enabling this option will add a Deals View panel to the Dashboard showing the current Deals list.
  8. Tracking: Enabling this option will add a Tracking panel to the Dashboard which will display and records that were Modified or Create on the current date.
