How to clear all records in Outlook

Follow these steps to manually clear out the Contacts/Calendar/Tasks entries from Outlook.
- Open Outlook and click on Contacts
- Press Edit
- Click on Select All
- Then press the Delete key
For Tasks, repeat the steps above, but select Tasks rather than Contacts.
To clear the Calendar, please follow these steps:
- Open Outlook
- Go to the Calendar
- Click on the View menu
- Choose Current View, or if you do not have this, Arrange By
- Select By Category
- Now click Edit/ Select All/ Delete
