Setup Guide - Sync ACT with Outlook

Set up a sync between ACT! and Outlook
For Syncs with Act! you will need CompanionLink Express or Professional.
- Click Here and download\install the latest version of CompanionLink Express or Pro.
- Select "Act! 2005 through v24 (Desktop)" on the left. Click Settings under Act! on the left and Verify your correct ACT database is selected. Enter your Act! username and password.
- Select the Applications tab and choose which Data Types you wish to sync, then click Ok.
- Select "Microsoft Outlook (Local)" on the right.
- Select Settings on the right under Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the Outlook Folders tab at the top to ensure CompanionLink is syncing to the correct data file in Outlook.
- Return to the main menu of CompanionLink and perform a sync.
