Setup Guide - Sync BlackBerry 10 via USB

Configure CompanionLink 6 on your PC
- Run CompanionLink Setup from your desktop or start menu and click Settings.
- Select your contact manager from the Select your PC or web database... drop-down.
- Select BlackBerry 10 OS and Playbook OS from the Select the device you want to sync with... drop-down.
- Select Direct USB from the Select your sync method... drop-down.
Configure CompanionLink 5 on your PC
- Run CompanionLink Setup from your desktop or start menu.
- Select BlackBerry 10 OS and Playbook OS from the Select the device you want to sync with... drop-down.
- Select Direct USB from the Select your sync method... drop-down.
- Select your contact manager from the Select your PC or web database... drop-down.

Configure DejaOffice on your BlackBerry 10 device
- Open DejaOffice, then tap Setup Wizard and ensure that you select Direct USB as your sync method.
How to sync
- Start with BlackBerry Link and CompanionLink running on your PC, and your BlackBerry device disconnected
- Open DejaOffice
- Tap Sync and close DejaOffice
- Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer with the USB cable. If your device is password protected, please enter it when prompted by BlackBerry Link
- CompanionLink will begin the synchronization process on the PC automatically.
- Open DejaOffice again
- Remove the USB cable from the device - you will now see the sync complete.
