Some Records Not Syncing With Infusionsoft

Infusionsoft allows syncing a maximum of 1000 records per application. This means that you can sync no more than 1000 contacts, 1000 calendar events, and 1000 tasks with Infusionsoft.

If you have 1000 or more records in any application in Infusionsoft, then some of your records will not sync.

You can resolve this problem by doing the following:

For contacts: In Infusionsoft, reduce the number of contacts in your sync group to less than 1000.

For calendar and tasks: In Infusionsoft, reduce the number of records to less than 1000 calendar and less than 1000 tasks.
