Sync limits

At this time CompanionLink does not have a sync limit for any of its syncs. However, please be aware of any content limits present for your database as it may limit the amount of information that may be synced. At this time Google and Palm Desktop have a limit of approximately 10,000 contacts.

All of our sync setups have been tested with 10,000 or more contacts and been able to sync successfully.

Please also be aware when syncing large amounts of past calendar data your sync may experience difficulties as it becomes more likely it will encounter corrupted records.
