Synchronize Salesforce with Google

CompanionLink will synchronize your Salesforce.com account with Google. And we'll do it securely using an HTTPS connection. This gives you the ability to work with your Salesforce.com data in Google. You can also synchronize your Google data to Salesforce.com, make edits, and sync back to Google.

CompanionLink installs on your PC and creates the connection between Salesforce.com and Google.

Salesforce.com Accounts and Contacts Sync

  • Contacts and Accounts can be created and synchronized in both directions
  • Edits made in Google and Salesforce can be synchronized
  • Salesforce Accounts begin with "Acct." in your Google Contact list

CompanionLink lets you decide which Salesforce.com Accounts and Contacts to sync:

For Contacts you can choose to sync:

  • My Contacts
  • Account Contacts
  • All Contacts

For Accounts you can choose to sync:

  • My Accounts
  • Team Accounts
  • All Accounts



Salesforce.com Opportunities Sync

  • Create Opportunities in either Google or Salesforce
  • Edits made in Google and Salesforce can be synchronized
  • Opportunities will appear in Google's task list

Salesforce.com Tasks Sync

  • Create Tasks in either Google or Salesforce
