To protect your sensitive data, SalesForce CRM requires CompanionLink to provide a security token in order to sync.
Lightning View (the current and default view)
- Log into your SalesForce Account
- Click your icon in the top right
- Click Settings
- Under My Personal Information you will see "Reset your Security token"
- Click the "Reset Security Token" button
- You will then receive a warning message - Press Reset at the bottom of this page
- Your new Security token will be emailed to you.
- Once you receive this token please enter it in CompanionLink Setup.
Classic View
- Log into your SalesForce Account
- Click Switch to Lightning Experience in the top right
