SalesForce Security Token

To protect your sensitive data, SalesForce CRM requires CompanionLink to provide a security token in order to sync.

To reset your Security Token please do the following

  1. Log into your SalesForce Account
  2. Click your icon in the top right
  3. Click Settings
  4. Under My Personal Information you will see "Reset your Security token"
  5. Click the "Reset Security Token" button
  6. You will then receive a warning message - Press Reset at the bottom of this page
  7. Your new Security token will be emailed to you.
  8. Once you receive this token please enter it in CompanionLink Setup.
