Troubleshooting Information Isn't Syncing

There are many reasons why information may not be syncing, from an interrupted sync to a setting thats slightly off follow the steps below for assistance in resolving the concern.

Checking the Settings

When information isn't syncing properly please ensure you have the correct file selected. This often varies depending on which contact manager you utilize. Click here for settings specific to your contact manager. If the wrong file was utilized during the initial sync please adjust to reflect the correct settings and perform a Purge and Reload.

Uninterrupted Sync

Many times new information might not be updated properly if your sync was interrupted. In these situations you can utilize a Reread PC Data.

There is No Information on the Phone

Many smart phones have the capability of displaying certain categories. If you see there was a last sync record in your CompanionLink Setup and it looks like an accurate count try ensuring are categories are set to be visible.
