In CompanionLink setup we have the option of selecting what type of symbol to use for extensions. The extension symbol used determines how long your phone will wait after dialing the main number before dialing the extension. The short wait is known as a pause and the long delay as a wait. Below you will find the extension symbols for each:

iPhones/iPads

Androids
