CompanionLink synchronizes by Folder Name. If two folders have the same name, it's difficult be sure which one CompanionLink will read from. You may wish to rename one of the folders to something unique. Once you have renamed one of the folders you can select the proper folder by opening the CompanionLink Setup, selecting Outlook Settings, Outlook Folders. Please select the folder you wish to synchronize with.
