When a BlackBerry is configured to sync the Address Book/Calendar/Tasks/Memos to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, it prevents our product from syncing to the BlackBerry. Please follow the steps below to disable wireless sync.

For most BlackBerry Models:

1. Open Address Book

2. Press Menu, then Options, then Wireless Sync

3. Change it from Yes to No (Or from Enable to Disable)

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for Calendar/Tasks/Memos


For BlackBerry OS version 5/6:

1. Open Contacts

2. Press Menu, then Options, then Contact List, then Wireless Synchronization

3. Change it from Yes to No (Or from Enable to Disable)

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for Calendar/Tasks/Memos
