You can stop CompanionLink from loading when Windows starts, by disabling the Auto-start option in CompanionLink setup.

  1. Open CompanionLink setup
  2. Click Advanced Settings
  3. On the General Settings tab, uncheck the "Auto-Start CompanionLink" option under Startup
