Command line switches can be appended to the CompanionLink executable path by either running CompanionLink directly from a command prompt, or by adding the switch to the "Target" field of your CompanionLink shortcut.

How to add a switch to your CompanionLink shortcut

  1. Right-click your CompanionLink desktop shortcut and choose "Properties".
  2. Go to the Shortcut tab and locate the "Target" field.
  3. After "CompanionLink.exe", add a space character, then append the command-line switch.

For example, the add the -process switch your target should look like this:

"C:\Program Files\CompanionLink\CompanionLink.exe" -process
