CompanionLink for Mac requires Address Book permission in OS X privacy settings. To enable permission:

  1. Open OS X System Preferences.
  2. Go to Security & Privacy.
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Select Contacts in the left window pane, then select CompanionLink in the right window pane.
