Back up Outlook for Mac 2011

Create a backup of your data from Outlook for Mac 2011.

  1. Open Outlook 2011
  2. Select File > Export
  3. Select "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)"
  4. Select "Items of the following types"
  5. Select all datatypes you want to back up
  6. Select the Next arrow -> then "No, do not delete"
  7. Select the Next arrow ->and name the data file and select "Save", then "Done"
