Note: Zoho's sync API has a limit on number of requests per day, depending on your Zoho account type. The limit equates to about 50,000 records/day, so for most users there will be no problems. If you reach the limit, you will not be able to sync using CompanionLink for one day. This is a limitation imposed by Zoho, not CompanionLink.

Advantages: Your PC Syncs to Google, and Google Syncs to your phone. This is a great choice if you require your Zoho CRM data in Google Calendar and Contacts for other reasons. CompanionLink for Google sync can be set automatically and will run in background on your PC.

Disadvantages: Google has limited Task capabilities and no recurring tasks. No Notes Sync. Google Tasks do not go to many Android Phones, although Samsung is now supporting them.

What is "Outlook" in 2025?

Outlook for Windows is the free app that replaces Windows Mail and Calendar. Microsoft shares your data with more than 801 advertisers. Many users worry about privacy with this version.

I've been using CL for +20 years. They always seem to quickly find issues that usually occur because my DV company changed something. Their team is always quick to respond. Recently they even came up with a quick fix so I can be up and running while they work on a larger update. They're the best!

Companionlink is solid, ACT on the other hand well .... it is a love-hate thing. I use CL to bring calendar and contacts to Google. Then I go from Google to iPhone. The best method I have found.

I have been using DejaOffice for a number of years to sync my desktop ACT! to my cell phone. I thought it was wonderful, but ACT! recommended their sync product. After using it for awhile I found it to be unacceptable and returned to DejaOffice. I highly recommend it for sync ACT! to your cell phone.
