Restore Data from DejaOffice or DejaCloud

Backup DejaOffice (Android)

1. Go to DejaOffice On the phone
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Logging and Support Settings
4. Tap Backup Database
5. Choose email and then send the email to yourself

Finally, you can use this guide to restore the backup if needed.

Backup DejaOffice (iOS)

1. Go to DejaOffice On the phone
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Back Up And Restore
4. Tap Use Email
5. Send the email to yourself (The Apple Mail app must be set up first)

Configure CompanionLink

1. Run CompanionLink from your desktop or start menu
2. Click Settings in the bottom left
3. Click Advanced in the bottom left
4. Navigate to the Applications tab
5. Set all sync direction drop downs to ... To Outlook
6. Check the applicable option Reread Android, Reread Apple Device or Reread DejaCloud
7. Navigate to the Calendar tab
8. Set the Calendar Date Range to 999999 (or similar)
9. Navigate to the Category Filter tab
10. Set this to All Categories...
11. Navigate to the Outlook Folders tab
12. Set the Outlook Folders you would like to sync with here
13. Click OK then OK again, then click Sync

Restoring Outlook Data from Other Databases

Data can be restored from any synced database by doing a Reread of that database
