Restore Data from DejaOffice or DejaCloud
Backup DejaOffice (Android)
- Go to DejaOffice On the phone
- Tap Settings
- Tap Logging and Support Settings
- Tap Backup Database
- Choose email and then send the email to yourself
Finally, you can use this guide to restore the backup if needed.
Backup DejaOffice (iOS)
- Go to DejaOffice On the phone
- Tap Settings
- Tap Back Up And Restore
- Tap Use Email
- Send the email to yourself (The Apple Mail app must be set up first)
Configure CompanionLink
- Run CompanionLink from your desktop or start menu
- Click Settings in the bottom left
- Click Advanced in the bottom left
- Navigate to the Applications tab
- Set all sync direction drop downs to ... To Outlook
- Check the applicable option Reread Android, Reread Apple Device or Reread DejaCloud
- Navigate to the Calendar tab
- Set the Calendar Date Range to 999999 (or similar)
- Navigate to the Category Filter tab
- Set this to All Categories...
- Navigate to the Outlook Folders tab
- Set the Outlook Folders you would like to sync with here
- Click OK then OK again, then click Sync
Restoring Outlook Data from Other Databases
Data can be restored from any synced database by doing a Reread of that database
