Troubleshooting Information Isn't Syncing

There are many reasons why information may not be syncing:
Check the Settings
When information isn't syncing properly please ensure you have the correct database file selected. This often varies depending on which contact manager you utilize. See Configuring your Contact Manager for settings specific to your contact manager. If the wrong file was utilized during the initial sync please adjust to reflect the correct settings and perform a Purge and Reload.
Uninterrupted Sync
Many times new information might not be updated properly if your sync was interrupted. In these situations you can utilize a Reread PC Data.
There is No Information on the Phone
Many smart phones have the capability of displaying certain categories or contact groups. If you see there was a last sync record in your CompanionLink Setup and it looks like an accurate count try ensuring that categories/groups are set to be visible (varies depending on device).
