Google Information Not Syncing to Device

Symptoms: After a sync all the information appears properly in Google but is not transferred to the device


Steps:

Confirm information appears properly in Google, send Email Response

When CompanionLink is configured to sync to a Google account, CompanionLink only synchronizes the data from PC to Google.

Please check to see if all the data is correct in Google that exists on your PC.

CompanionLink does not sync from Google to the phone.

Your phone uses its own sync application to sync with Google. We would suggest that your contact your carrier to troubleshoot the device sync to Google.
